Scheduled to take place between April 29 and May 2, 2026, in Barroselas, northern Portugal, the festival once again reinforces its reputation as one of Europe’s most uncompromising celebrations of underground metal.
Framed in the event’s characteristically militant and mythic tone—described as the “26th Rebellion of the Steel Warriors”—the announcement significantly broadens the scope of the previously revealed lineup. Among the most prominent additions are seminal Finnish black metal pioneers Beherit, alongside returning names such as Exhumed, Revenge, Bulldozer, and Primitive Man.
The expanded bill continues to traverse a wide spectrum of extreme subgenres, incorporating acts such as Pentacle, Bölzer, Vastum, Gruesome, Caustic Wound, Darvaza, and Mortiferum.
