On 27 February 2026, LAV – Lisboa Ao Vivo will become the epicenter of theatrical metal chaos as Swedish sensation AVATAR return to Portugal for a night of epic-scale spectacle. Known for pushing the boundaries of performance, the band promises their largest production to date, part of an ambitious European tour spanning cities from Stockholm to Berlin, including London, Paris, Madrid, and Lisbon.
Joining AVATAR on stage are New Zealand metal prodigies ALIEN WEAPONRY, bringing their signature mix of thrash energy and indigenous themes, ensuring a night of diverse yet intense sonic assault. Opening the evening will be Witch Club Satan who have been gaining a lot of attention lately with their trademark black metal sound and imagetics.
Vocalist Johannes Eckerström calls this upcoming tour a milestone for the band: “We are addicted to intensity! No matter how much praise we have received for our live performances, we feel we are only just beginning. This tour will surpass everything we have done before — not only in scale, but in ambition.
