February 14, 2026, promises to be anything but romantic at LAV – Lisboa Ao Vivo. The Portuguese capital will host one of the darkest and most devastating nights of the coming year with the arrival of the “Death Over Europe 2026” tour, headlined by legendary Mayhem, alongside Swedish extremists Marduk and American death metal icons Immolation—a lineup that brings together three pillars of extreme metal worldwide.
Hailing from Norway and regarded as true pioneers of black metal, Mayhem return to Portugal to celebrate 40 years of career, four decades marked by controversy, innovation, and an absolutely undeniable influence on extreme music. The band promises a setlist spanning different eras of their history, while also looking to the future: a new album is currently in the works and is expected to be previewed live on this European tour, further raising anticipation for the show.

Opening the gates to chaos are Marduk, one of the most relentless forces in Swedish black metal. Known for their raw, aggressive, and uncompromising approach, the band led by Mortuus remains faithful to a sonic aesthetic of war, blasphemy, and extreme speed, guaranteeing an intense and physically punishing performance.
Completing the bill are Immolation, from the United States, and absolute references in death metal. With decades of career behind them and a reputation built on technique, weight, and oppressive atmospheres, the New York-based band brings to LAV a surge of dense, meticulously crafted brutality, perfectly suited to further elevate the night’s devastating tone.
