Be Prog! My Friend returns in September and announces lineup

Be Prog! My Friend will return in 2026 for a new edition scheduled for 25 and 26 September, once again taking place at La Carpa, Poble Espanyol, and promoted by Madness Live.

Known for its carefully curated approach and limited-capacity format, the festival continues to position itself as one of Europe’s most focused gatherings dedicated to progressive rock and metal.

The organisation has already unveiled a significant portion of the lineup for 2026. Confirmed bands include Soen, The Ocean, The Dear Hunter, Einar Solberg, Agent Fresco, Green Carnation, Rendezvous Point, Iotunn, Serapis Project, and After Lapse.

The selection reflects the festival’s characteristic balance between established names and forward-thinking acts, spanning progressive metal, atmospheric post-metal, and experimental rock.

By maintaining a compact setting and a strong emphasis on sound quality and audience experience, Be Prog! My Friend continues to differentiate itself from larger festivals.

The promoter, Madness Live, reinforces this vision by prioritising artistic coherence and intimacy over scale, ensuring that performances remain central to the event’s identity.

Tickets are available here, and demand is expected to be high due to the venue’s capacity (1200 people) and the festival’s established reputation among progressive music audiences.

Be Prog! My Friend: A Reference Point in Progressive Music

By combining renowned acts with emerging projects and presenting them in a controlled, immersive environment, Be Prog! My Friend has sustained its relevance and appeal, establishing itself as a key meeting point for progressive rock and metal audiences.
