The 2026 edition of EVILLIVƎ FESTIVAL presents a focused line-up, with MARILYN MANSON and MASTODON among the first confirmed acts.
EVILLIVƎ FESTIVAL returns to Lisbon on July 5, 2026, once again embracing the venue and format that shaped the event’s identity and cemented its reputation: a concentrated experience with impeccable technical standards.
Following a historic edition – three days at Estádio do Restelo in 2025, headlined by JUDAS PRIEST, KORN and SLIPKNOT – EVILLIVƎ makes its return to MEO Arena for a special one-day edition, designed to deliver maximum intensity and, as always, the quality that has defined the festival from the very beginning.
For 2026, the organization now unveils the first four confirmed names of a bill that will be composed exclusively of artists of major international stature.
MARILYN MANSON
Standing out immediately is the presence of the unmistakable MARILYN MANSON, a central figure in industrial rock and one of the most powerful symbols of artistic provocation within alternative music. His appearance at EVILLIVƎ FESTIVAL – following an irreproachable, sold-out performance at Sagres Campo Pequeno, where he once again asserted his unmistakable magnetism and singular stage presence — brings a strong visual and conceptual dimension to the event, at a particularly compelling moment in the career of one of the most renowned American artists of the past decades.
MASTODON
Joining the inimitable shock rocker in this first wave of confirmations are MASTODON, further elevating the artistic level of the 2026 line-up and arriving amid what many consider to be one of the most solid creative phases of their career. True masters of progressive metal excellence, the Atlanta-based band come to MEO Arena with the technical proficiency, emotional depth and artistic rigor that have made them one of the most celebrated names in heavy music, reinforcing the scope and sophistication already inherent to EVILLIVƎ FESTIVAL.
THE GATHERING featuring ANNEKE VAN GIERSBERGEN
The aesthetic diversity of the bill also begins to take shape with the confirmation of the legendary THE GATHERING, one of the most influential names in European atmospheric music over the past three decades. Reunited once again with the iconic Anneke van Giersbergen – the voice that helped redefine melodic and progressive metal in the 1990s – the Dutch band returns to Lisbon to revisit a deeply impactful catalogue of songs that have crossed generations and shaped sensibilities far beyond the boundaries of metal.
IMMINENCE
Completing this first wave of announcements is the Swedish phenomenon IMMINENCE, one of the strongest names of the new European generation, whose fusion of contemporary metalcore, cinematic melodies and striking visual aesthetics has placed them at the forefront of the genre’s renewal.
With its return to an indoor format, the event preserves its international production standards while maintaining the rigorous curation that has become its hallmark. More names will be announced soon.
